Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE:

Our Singapore office is looking for a vibrant and energetic Junior Project Executive. In this key role, you’ll support our project management team and play a crucial part in the Monstarlab software development process. You will work closely with Product Owners, engineers, and designers to drive successful project outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Support Project Planning: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work with cross-functional teams and end-users to gather project briefs.
  • Clarify Requirements: Help analyze, clarify, and finalize project requirements (user stories).
  • Prioritize Backlogs: Support the prioritization of product backlogs and sprint planning.
  • Facilitate Workshops: Participate in workshops to aid collaborative decision-making.
  • Ensure Communication: Maintain effective communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Define Features: Contribute to defining detailed product features from user needs and requirements.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization to optimize efficiency and profitability.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare project status reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps for process improvement and innovation within project management practices.
