Description:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Educational Background: Associate’s degree or higher, preferably in administrative management, secretarial, or legal-related fields.
- Work Experience: At least 1-2 year of experience in administrative or customer service roles; experience in immigration or legal document handling is a plus.
- Skills: Proficient in Office software (Word, Excel, PDF, etc.).Strong document organization and archiving skills.
- Language Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin; proficiency in English reading and writing is preferred.
- Work Attitude: Detail-oriented, responsible, and good at time management;Strong communication skills with a good service mindset and teamwork ability.
- Immigration Knowledge: Basic understanding of immigration programs, policies, and processes.No prior experience required; training will be provided to quickly learn about immigration programs.

Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Responsible for organizing, verifying, and archiving client immigration-related contracts and documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Client Communication: Respond to daily client inquiries, address relevant questions, and provide professional and timely service support.
- Document Preparation: Assist clients in preparing the necessary documents for immigration applications, ensuring compliance and proper formatting.
- Document Maintenance: Update and maintain client files to ensure timely and accurate information.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth immigration processes.
- Additional Support: Complete other immigration-related tasks as assigned by superiors.
