RESPONSABILITIES

• Actively contributing to the origination and execution of project finance and commercial real estate mandates.
• Analysis of projects (feasibility, risks), identification of key issues and proposal of improvements to achieve successful financing.
• Coordination of due diligence reports (legal, commercial, tax, technical, etc.).
• Development of models (excel) to analyse feasibility of projects.
• Development of financing documentation (contracts).
• Manage internal tools (rating, profitability, back office, etc.)
• Negotiation with tender authorities, clients and financing institutions.
• Collaboration with internal departments to originate and sign projects.
• Advice to the public and private sector; including optimization of “bankable” financing structures to boost shareholder returns and tender or project success rates.
• Collaboration to originate new operations.
• Preparation of Information Memos and Lender Presentations for lead role opportunities and coordination of bank meetings.
