Description:

You will be the Finance Partner responsible for multi-year major projects and Capital Expenditure roll-out programs. As an integrated member of the project team, you will manage the financial and contractual elements of major Capex projects, ensuring major projects are delivered within agreed timeframe and budget.
What you’ll be doing…
• Work with cross-function teams to prepare detailed Capex roll-out plan• Develop annual workplan and budgets including costing of all elements of the program such as subcontractors, inhouse labour, materials purchase, etc.• Perform timely continuous budget tracking and analysis aligned with project needs, review, validate and report project actual costs incurred• Continue to identify efficiencies and cost saving opportunities for the project• Optimize cash flow for multi-year projects• Provide procurement team with cost and risk analysis for selecting subcontractors• Work with procurement team to review vendor and consultant agreements to validate funding and contract type are appropriate based on prime contract including subcontracts and materials purchases• Review and approve requisition orders per workplan budgets• Perform timely subcontractor monitoring, as well as vendor invoice review in alignment with forecasts and workplans• Participate proactively as a representative of the Company, in meetings with the local authorities or clients to provide financial update of the projects

• Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail• Be well organized with a structured approach and project management skills• Demonstrated stakeholder management skills with effective communication• Ability to prioritize complex workloads and work under tight timelines• Highly numerate and confident using data visualization tools, e.g. Power BI• Experience presenting complex information in a compelling way to senior internal & external partners.• Have experience of finding improvements and efficiencies to deliver projects• Proactive and confident in own ability to make a difference• Commercially focused with strong business understanding• Experience in project finance or procurement finance
