Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Project and IT Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will organise and manage various projects, support our rental company engineers and HGV driver teams with the Big Change platform, handle rental administration and reporting through Inspire software, and manage the groundwork for potential software replacements or upgrades. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing company mobile phones and the main telephone system, providing basic IT troubleshooting, and assisting different departments with diverse needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Basic understanding of IT, including email and computer setup.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Versatile and adaptable to assist with various departmental needs.
  • Ability to manage incoming customer enquiries for service contracts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Big Change and Inspire software (preferred).
  • Prior experience in a similar role (preferred).

Responsibilities:

  • Train and support teams in using the Big Change platform.
  • Handle rental administration using the Inspire software, including reporting and follow ups.
  • Collaborate with management to research and evaluate potential software replacements or upgrades, and assist with feasibility studies and rollouts.
  • Manage company mobile phones and the main telephone system.
  • Assist various departments with their needs, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
  • Manage incoming customer enquiries regarding service contracts and other issues.
  • Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Establish and provide basic IT support, including setting up email addresses, configuring laptops/desktops, basic troubleshooting, and liaising with the IT service provider.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues, working with Directors and management on requirements.
