ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION

• Identify requirements, project scope and timeline including critical paths.
• Coordinate and motivate team members, that consists of internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
• Monitor and report on project progress and performance to key stakeholder and Steering Committee.
• Establish and track key success metrics.
• Develop and implement project controls and risk management procedures.
• Analyze data, compare ways of working and benchmark different process flow to improve/optimize current one.
• Support training initiatives, and prepare training materials

REQUIREMENTS

• We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional with hands-on expertise of all aspects of the Product Development, from strategy to maintenance, across the organizational functions.
• The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in consulting, process and applications or software vendor companies, with a focus on execution, planning and development processes.
• The candidate should be a proficient problem-solver, detail-oriented, and adept at navigating internal processes.
• Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project goals are crucial.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• A master’s degree in engineering, computer science, project management, business management, or a related field is required.
• At least five (5) years of project management experience in product development / lifecycle management.
• Exceptional communication, management, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships.
• Proficiency in conducting effective project meetings, workshops, and conferences, both live and online.
• Expertise in business process mapping and business requirement analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Comprehensive knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Demonstrated technical understanding of project management tools and their integration with enterprise-level systems such as PLM, as well as tools used for project execution (e.g. Teams, SharePoint, Miro)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
