[What the role is]
This is a 2-year contract position as a Project Lead in the CET Academy.

• Plan, coordinate and implement the strategic and operational direction of the NACE@NP including the deployment of manpower and other resources
• Develop policies and processes to support the work as recommended by NACE Singapore
• Plan, strategise and implement outreach to SMEs to raise awareness of and participation in Workplace Learning, in collaboration with NACE
• Monitor market trends, legislative changes and industry demands in emerging skills and competencies
• Manage industry collaboration opportunities in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders
• Supervise and oversee consultancy projects and training programmes arising from Workplace Learning, including developing structured data analysis on quality and outcome of consultancy projects and training programmes.
