DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF WORK TASK TO BE CARRIED OUT
Klient’s Core Banking Program (CBP) is the largest Programme in portfolio and has been running for 6+ years. It is a complex transformation to consolidate our technology systems via a common Nordic platform, enable a more modern platform and faster time to market for our Nordic digital offerings to customers. The plan is expanding the product offering and migrate customer accounts from legacy onto the new platform (N-core) during 2024-2026, continuing with Finland and Denmark savings and transaction accounts and to be followed by Sweden. The Dependency Management team within Retail Products & Core Technology Service Area is responsible for dependency management with programs outside of CBP and the Service Area. We are looking for a Dependency Delivery Manager to be part of the team.
EXPERIENCE:
- 10+ years of related work experience in large-scale transformation programs in the areas of Core Banking or Financial
- Services industry
- 10+ years of experience in delivery leadership roles
- Preferably, 5+ years of experience in delivery lifecycle roles
- Preferably, 5+ years of experience with Core Banking software such as Temenos or SAP

Responsibilities:
- As a Dependency Delivery Manager, you are responsible for actively engaging with surrounding programs/service areas to enable business outcomes associated with the CBP roadmap (N-core releases, offers and account migrations)
- You continually ensure that the external delivery is completed by end to end orchestration, tracking, scope, risk and stakeholder management
- Be a focal point in CBP for the program/service area to contact
- Build trustful relationships with key stakeholders in the programs to facilitate a successful implementation of CBP roadmap outcomes
- Explain the CBP roadmap, timelines, milestones and ways of working to help the delivery partner to identify the impact in service areas
- Work closely with CBP blocks/service area and identify all delivery needed dependencies from the domains
- Align delivery plans with external hubs, technology teams and business
- Make sure other service areas follow CBP’s funnel process and timelines for their request from CBP
- Work with the domain to secure workforce planning and get their commitment to deliver for the upcoming PI milestones
- Support Dependency Management Capability Owner to update the domain budget needs and follow up that budget targets are met
- Responsible for internal and external teams’ alignment to a common planConduct regular meetings with the other programs
- Highlight conflicting priorities and escalate these
- Identify risks and report these in the CBP risk log
- Responsible for supporting work-management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Ensure dependency status, including escalations, is clearly reported and aligned internally and with delivery partners in the service areas
- Continually work towards making improvements in dependency management process
- Responsible for fortnightly Dependency Management Reporting
Support release deployment, offer and migration plans and activities in collaboration with Release Management and Implementation Teams
