You will work closely with our team of project leaders and operational excellence specialists to deliver results from improvements and projects within production, quality, and supply chain. • Drive complex projects to ensure improvement across operations
• Work closely with management on the execution of our Operations Strategy
• Facilitate and embrace cross-functional work
• Manage and communicate with team members and stakeholders
• Report continuously on project status, budget, timeline, and risks
• Facilitate our Lean and continuous improvement culture
• Analyze cause and effect relations, define and implement corrective / Improvement actions
• Close collaboration with Quality, Production, warehouse, supply chain, sourcing, IT and R&D
• Facilitate Project funnel, review business cases, prioritize and with management decide which initiatives to start
• Share best practice with tea
