Are you strong in project management, have a good understanding of processes and possess excellent communication skills? If so, you could be who we are looking for in this 2 years interim position as project leader in our PTD department (Production, Technology and Development) at Denmark Protein.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be the key player driving cross-functional projects related to process changes and improvements on ways of working in our production. You will interact with a huge amount of stakeholders and change management will be one of the keywords to succeed.

You will be the frontrunner for cross functional projects at Danmark Protein and your tasks and responsibilities will be within these areas:

• Lead projects from scoping phase to fully implemented project
• Execution/implementation of already existing projects
• Reporting and stakeholder management

• Change management to ensure implementation and anchoring of changesData collection and processing

• You will be part of the PTD department with 25 highly engaged colleagues, each working on different tasks, but all working on development and optimizations while focusing on good collaboration and a strong team spirit. As new project leader you will go through an onboarding program ensure you are equipped to manage the role.
  You likely have a relevant engineering education with project management experience. Experience in the food industry would be an advantage. In any case, you are equipped with a high degree of independence, positivity and drive, which you will use to create new opportunities for our company. A strong interest and flair for communication is essential, and we also emphasize your ability to collaborate across various levels in the organization. Your language skills should include fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
