Description:

SUMMARY:

Responsible for providing project planning and management for established initiatives within the company. Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying and documenting business requirements; and ensuring that projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Establish overall program rigor and management structures.
  • Set up risk and dependency management structures; decision across pods as appropriate.
  • Establish and enforce overall Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO) PMO governance.
  • Assist with coordination of compliance activities.
  • Working with change management, look across the integrated roadmaps for reasonability and areas of concerns from timing and people impact perspectives.
  • Frequently lead large project efforts, including taking responsibility for issue resolution across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
  • Assist in the development of business cases, financial analysis, and all aspects of costing and managing project financials.
  • Draft and review documentation in compliance with the Company’s global development process, and ensures all project deliverables are in compliance with the global development process.
  • Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies for the department/organization.
  • Provides mentoring for the development of those in less senior positions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • High business acumen and proven analytical skills.
  • Lead strategic initiatives; provide updates to all levels of management, tailored to the appropriate audience.
  • Plan and facilitate enterprise alignment forums.
  • Collaborate across global data and technology teams in order to ensure key initiatives and capabilities are delivered within scope and on schedule.
  • Proven leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Act as a thought leader for the key initiatives that he/she is leading.
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and oral to explain and narrate fact base to all levels.
  • Poise in presenting to all levels of management up to Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO)
  • Ability to make progress in ambiguous situations with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Planview, MS Project

MINIMUM EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree, in computer science, engineering, information systems, or business administration and/or equivalent.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

Five (5) years equivalent work experience in information technology or business environment.

MINIMUM EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in business or related quantitative discipline.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

Five (5) years exempt experience in project/program management, product development, systems design/development or business /financial planning and analysis. Experience in the use of project management/planning software. Experience in planning major projects including development of project proposals, business cases, schedules, and financial justification.
Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: $7,488.36 – $14,413.11 (Monthly)
Domicile Information: This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business needs.
