QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Pursuing a college degree or certification in Project Management, Business Administration, Process Improvement or Operations with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Eligible for the co-op program for the duration of the contract
  • Demonstrated computer knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage routine correspondence, multiple tasks/projects, diversified workload, and rapidly changing priorities and challenging deadlines
  • Ability to multitask, teamwork and schedule management
  • Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills; problem-solving / troubleshooting skills
  • Established organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to be comfortable moving and working around the plant for multiple hours

Responsibilities:

  • Performing administrative tasks associated with order processing, contract management and project planning
  • Support co-ordination and planning in a custom manufacturing environment
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and process change
  • Take part in production scheduling and part flow management
  • Support shipping, receiving and inventory tracking activities
