QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Pursuing a college degree or certification in Project Management, Business Administration, Process Improvement or Operations with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Eligible for the co-op program for the duration of the contract
- Demonstrated computer knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project)
- Demonstrated ability to manage routine correspondence, multiple tasks/projects, diversified workload, and rapidly changing priorities and challenging deadlines
- Ability to multitask, teamwork and schedule management
- Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills; problem-solving / troubleshooting skills
- Established organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to be comfortable moving and working around the plant for multiple hours

Responsibilities:
- Performing administrative tasks associated with order processing, contract management and project planning
- Support co-ordination and planning in a custom manufacturing environment
- Contribute to continuous improvement and process change
- Take part in production scheduling and part flow management
- Support shipping, receiving and inventory tracking activities
