Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant Project Management experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power-Point)
- Passion for thriving in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
- Obsessed with continuous improvement and achieving superior results through collaboration with others
Responsibilities:
Responsible to support and/or lead project management activities for assigned projects such as (but not limited to):
- Supply Chain
- Manufacturing
- Network Optimization
- Engineering
- Technology (IT)
- Develop robust project plans which include clear objectives, scope/approach, stakeholders, time-lines, and relevant templates (such as action and risk logs)
- Document project updates, prepare progress reports, update action and risk logs
- Connect with cross-functional teams on status checks and issue resolution
- Provide dynamic project management with a hands-on approach to problem solving
- Provide leaders with regular updates of key upcoming milestones and risk call-outs
- Identify and develop preliminary plans to mitigate risk from likely obstacles and objections
- Conduct various analysis and assessments for assigned projects and programs
- Analyze data and project information to identify critical areas for improvement and corrective actions
- Thoughtfully consider the impact of technologies, processes, and people in planning and execution
