Description:

The Project Management/Contracting Associate (Intern) will have an opportunity to work closely with Project Managers in planning, coordinating and executing a project as well as working on-site with field technicians to gain experience in low-voltage wiring.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Availability to travel
  • Willing to be On-Call and provide after work hours assistance as needed

Responsibilities:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating and executing projects on time and on budget
  • Assist with documentations for projects
  • Coordinate communications between teams to ensure PMs receive supports from other teams to complete the project requirements.

CONTRACTING RESPONSIBILITIES

  • working with field technicians to learn about low-voltage wiring

Customer Support

  • Answer incoming client calls, exercise concierge level of customer service while creating tickets in accordance with each clients’ specific needs.
  • On-site and on-call technical support of Synergy Fiber products and services.
  • Support on-call during after-hours and over weekend on a rotational basis.
