Description:

We currently have a number of exciting openings for Project Management Leads to join our Water Business across our Northern, Midlands & West, and Southern Regions. This is an opportunity to play an important role in our business as we continue to expand across the UK&I.
This is a great time to join Stantec. We have grown our UK&I business over the past number of years and we look to continue to meet our ambitious growth plans. We have a collaborative and people orientated culture where your ideas and input will ensure we continue to meet our objectives.
As Project Management Lead, you will drive best-in-class project delivery while building and maintaining the operational project management community. You will have a good understanding of our clients and their objectives and will have excellent working relationships with their counterparts in client organisations.
You will champion excellent relationships between our Project Managers and our Technical Leads, ensuring collaborative and comprehensive dialogue on both commercial and technical project matters. You will play a key role in ensuring project budgets are set in line with our framework commercial strategy, projects are planned to an appropriate level of detail and projects are delivered in line with these plans.
You will support the Operations Director to grow the commercial acumen and delivery capability of Project Managers to successfully deliver projects for clients. You will assist in reviewing proposals and analyse overall project performance, identifying non-performing projects and work with PMs to achieve effective and timely solutions.
If you have a passion for ensuring successful project delivery, for championing continuous improvement and for people development, then we would love to hear from you.
