Responsibilities:
- Oversee specific projects or significant workstreams from inception to completion, including scoping, planning, execution, and reporting.
- Assist the broader PM function in defining project/workstream scope, goals, objectives, and deliverables.
- Lead the creation of project plans, identifying tasks, deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Develop and review estimates and assumptions for the project’s schedule, effort, and cost.
- Collaborate with the project sponsor to define team roles and expectations, ensuring necessary training for project resources.
- Monitor progress against milestones and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Manage risks and issues, ensuring each has an owner, defined impact, and mitigating actions, with appropriate escalation to stakeholders or the project team.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, coordinating work across different teams and locations.
- Conduct, analyse, and share post-implementation reviews and lessons learned, driving the development of project playbooks as needed.
- Identify and manage interdependencies with other projects and strategies within Middle Office and the wider organization, ensuring ownership of risks and dependencies.
- Support early identification of technology impacts in collaboration with Kerryconnect.
- Facilitate cross-project knowledge sharing and standardization of best practices across the business.
- Actively promote and develop project management methods and standards, implementing good PM practices.
