Responsibilities:

  • In the role of strategic and pperational planning, you collaborate with the CCO and Head of EEP-V to shape E.ON’s CCUS business and support senior executives in strategic planning, Mid Term Planning, and target setting, including OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)
  • As part of organizational development, you define the core processes of the new EEP CCO resort and establish the Program Director roles within the CCO resort
  • In program management, you ensure alignment, resolve conflicts, manage interdependencies between EEP-V, D, as well as IQ projects, and actively participate in decision-making processes related to project prioritization, growth, market positioning, and resource allocation
  • To achieve operational excellence, you establish effective program management processes, tools, and guidelines, and define standards for project reporting and communication, streamline internal processes and decision-making
  • As honest counsel, you serve as a valuable sounding board and sparring partner for decision-making and stakeholder management, providing an unbiased view, offering insights without being influenced by internal politics or personal agendas, and acting as a trusted confidant, facilitating discussions on sensitive matters
