Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holder
- At least 10 years’ experience in application or production support in Agile environments
- Familiarity with JIRA and SharePoint
- Good presentation skills using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Able to use advanced Microsoft Excel functions to compute and present data e.g. VLookUp, Pivot Table
Responsibilities:
- Track and report the status of changes (Business-As-Usual initiatives, New Instruments/ Business-Related Projects) to stakeholders
- Plan delivery workflow for changes
- Drive conversation independently with Tech and BU owner for Prioritisation and Planning
- Coordinate meeting arrangements between Tech and BU owner
- Prepare and publish Minutes of Meeting (MOM)
- Work with Client Tech Director on ad hoc tasks
- Support Client Tech Director in managing stakeholder expectations for project deliverables, manage stakeholder communications, and implement an effective system of governance
