Description:
PROFILUL CANDIDATULUI POTRIVIT
- 3-5 years of experience in project management/ product development in payments / banking / fintech industry;
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A decision oriented attitude with strong analytical and project management skills;
- Knowledge of agile project management methodologies;
- Advanced English level;
- Ability to work independently and adaptable to dynamic and changing priorities;
- A conscientious, ambitious team player, with good self-management skills and an ability to take initiative, share knowledge and collaborate effectively;
- Resilience to stress and commitment to deadlines.
