REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management within an IT services environment, with at least 3 years in a senior PMO role.
  • Proven experience in managing and delivering international projects.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills, capable of coordinating complex activities across functions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities focused on delivering actionable insights.
  • Proactive, results-driven, with high integrity, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Advanced English level (minimum B2)

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of three PMOs, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Provide strategic direction and operational support to ensure the PMO team delivers high-quality outcomes.
  • Coordination of Activity Quadrants:
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities across the four quadrants: Account Management, Quality Management, Workforce Management, and Hiring Management.
  • Ensure that all activities are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and meet the needs of our international clients.
  • Reporting and KPIs:
  • Ensure the accurate and timely development of all delivery area reports and key performance indicators (KPIs);
  • Provide detailed insights and analytics to support decision-making at the executive level.
  • Cross-functional Engagement:
  • Engage with other departments within the organization, including those outside of the delivery area, to ensure that PMO tasks are completed effectively.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance project delivery and address any potential roadblocks.
  • Board Communication:
  • Provide accurate, timely, and relevant updates to the board on PMO activities, delivery performance, and strategic initiatives.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
