Job description
As Project Management Officer (PMO) you are responsible for supporting the strategical project management processes within Deltalight.

This includes:

  • Scoping projects in details to define the deliverables.
  • Planning / monitoring and coordination of project activities, all in order to ensure that our strategic projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the specified scope and quality standards.
  • Supporting and training departmental managers and project teams to succeed in achieving the objectives.
  • Being in the lead of finding and allocating resources (people, equipment and budget) to make sure all defined projects are set up for success.
  • Based on the overview of project activities within the company, assuring the right priorities and availabilities are in place based on the project dependencies.
  • Informing and reporting out to BOD and the stakeholders on a regular basis with clear dashboards on the status of the projects. More specific holding follow up meetings to review the project, highlighting the risks and informing stakeholders about the project.

Profile

  • You have a Master’s degree with min 5 years of experience in a similar project management role
  • You are experienced in existing Project Management Methodologies and are able to transfer these towards internal colleagues via training
  • You have excellent organizational and coordination skills.
  • With your strong critical, analytical and problem-solving skills, you are a real cornerstone for the owners, management team and project leaders
  • You are a strong communicator in Dutch and English and are proficient in using project management software (f.e. MS Project, Jira, or similar)
  • You are a true connector with the projectleads and work as a team towards the common goals
  • You are agile and flexible focussing on achieving strict deadlines.
  • You are passionate and driven in your job and take ownership.
