The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Create, implement and execute the business development or growth strategy and initiatives
• Strategize the implementation of solutions to improve particular business and/or process to benefit the organization
• End to end stakeholder management, project coordination and roll-out of projects
• Leadad-hoc projects and assignments with the most efficient executioncts and assignments with the most efficient execution

REQUIREMENTS:

• Team strategy, growth, marketing performances, project from startups
• Bachelor’s degree from a well-recognized university
• More than 3 years of working experience either in management consulting or e-commerce industry or has passion in the e-commerce industry
• Experience in project management with a strong sense of ownership
• Deep understanding of e-commerce industry and business and strong business acumen- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
• Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
• Highly skilled in Excel
• Able to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal stakeholders
