PROJECT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
Aversan Inc. (www.aversan.com) is a reputable Engineering Company that provides expertise in Systems Integration, Product Design/Development and Software/Product Testing for highly regulated industries including Digital Health, Medical Devices, IT and Aerospace. We are currently seeking a qualified Project Management Specialist to work on leading edge technology products. The successful candidate for this position will be a part of highly motivated and highly technical work environment that feeds off the collective energy of a team-oriented workplace.
Location: Mississauga, ON (Fully on-site)
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within supply chain or logistics environments.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with data analysis and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects within the ISC framework, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, production, and quality assurance, to align project objectives and resolve issues.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports, to track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze project performance metrics and provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and best practices.
