KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIREMENT
- Over 5 years work experience; at least 2 years working in a Data Analysis, Reporting or Project Management role
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Confident communicator at all levels
- Strong written and presentation skills
- Detail orientated, methodical and analytical thinker
- Advanced interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Proficient MS Office user; Intermediate PowerPoint skills a must
- Strong experience working with SharePoint, Visio and Access
- Deadline driven approach
- Experienced in working with third parties and cross-functional teams
- Procurement experience beneficial but not a pre-requisite

Responsibilities:
The role requires ownership of a variety of responsibilities and provides the opportunity to collaborate across the Global Procurement division and DB-Group at all levels, whilst gaining increased exposure and responsibility as the candidate matures into the position.
Project Management
- Contribute to the creation and ongoing development of the SRM and Contract Management operational excellence.
- Manage the Project and Deployment Plan, capturing and reporting team activity in alignment with project timelines.
- Represent IT Strategic Procurement to support cross-divisional projects and initiatives.
- Drive supplier events and initiatives, including the co-ordination of seminars, workshops and ad-hoc projects, from idea generation to execution as required.
- Perform audit, governance and risk related activity and requirements as required.
Relationship Management
- Establish interpersonal and collaborative relationships to engage with Procurement peers, cross-divisional DB stakeholders, and third-party relationships.
- Manage IT Strategic Procurement team meeting agendas, minutes and action trackers.
- Partner with Global Procurement colleagues to drive and optimize knowledge transfer to generate a holistic overview of the supplier relationship and activity.
Reporting
- Ability to handle various data sources to develop executive level management reporting.
- Translate reporting needs into production reports and dashboards.
- Perform analysis and develop recommendation for continuous improvement opportunities.
Quality & Data Management
- Foster and strive for a team culture that prides itself on delivering timely, consistent and high quality data.
- Develop and maintain IT Strategic Procurement data and materials.
- Optimise and maintain SharePoint controls, calendar, and user interfaces.
- Perform ad-hoc quality control exercises as required.
- Partner with relevant Global Procurement peers to consolidate and drive excellence in the Knowledge Management stream.
- Lead Simplicity agenda for the IT Strategic Procurement with the aim to continuously adapt Global Procurement processes to a highly effective organization.
