REQUIREMENTS:
College degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or similar;
Good understanding and experience in MS PowerPoint;
Interest in Agile methodologies is a Plus;
Ability to plan, document and report status reports;
Communicative and good Interpersonal Skills;
Critical and Logical Thinking;
Proactive, organized and flexible;
English proficiency written and spoken.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of project management methodologies and standards;
Support on monitor of project progress, adherence to timelines and quality standards;
Support on preparation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation, plans, reports, and presentations;
Facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking;
Support with transitions, including taking meeting notes, scheduling meetings, creation of documentation, and ensuring milestones are met;
Assist with strategic projects by handling documentation, coordinating meetings, and performing other related activities to ensure project success.
