We are currently looking for a skilled Business Readiness/Product Launch Project Manager to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract. As a Business Readiness Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of various business initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project management activities and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results. The ideal candidate will be proactive, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in a business readiness or similar role
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to make timely and well-informed decisions
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities and project requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet project deadline.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies
  • Lead project team meetings, providing updates on project status, risks, and issues
  • Coordinate and prioritise project tasks, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet project deliverables
  • Conduct regular project evaluations and post-implementation reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to enhance business readiness for new initiatives
