We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join us here at Practice Plus Group, initially on a 12 month contract, with the possibility of being made permanent.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our National Projects team, working on lots of different projects across our Prisons and Immigration Removal Centres in England. This role is remote, with frequent national travel - visiting existing and new sites nationally (at least once per week).
Some of the projects you could be involved in are the roll out of the new biometric medicine dispensing system, E Rostering, or smaller specialised projects onsite. This team are currently working on the brand new state of the art prison - HMP Millsike, opening in 2025!

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As our new Project Manager, your responsibilities will vary. Some of your duties will include:
- Work as part of the National Health in Justice project management team, offering expertise to sites and staff across England
- Lead on projects, developing plans and monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders and project board up to date as required
- Work closely with wider stakeholders and regional teams to deliver on projects of all sizes - nationally, regionally and site specific
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, and within budget, delivering a high quality service throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide project management including the development and maintenance of project governance documents, such as risk logs, action logs, and communication and action plans
- Analyse and highlight any project risks
