Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW
As we win and renew more customers our demand for Project Managers is increasing. You will own a portfolio of ~15 customer projects, split across new customer implementation projects and customer renewal projects. You will be responsible for the planning, implementation and tracking of simultaneous customer projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to our agreed standard.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You’ll be planning, implementing and managing the project. You’ll follow our tried and tested project methodology to deliver a great outcome for the customer. You’ll adhere to our internal audit standards and be motivated to deliver high-quality.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
- Determine the resources (time, support, interdependencies etc) required to complete the project.
- Manage issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery
- Produce and deliver compelling, clear and succinct project documents using multiple inputs and data sources.
- Establish and manage the communication schedule to update the customer and internal stakeholders on project delivery against plan.
- Deliver project presentations to Senior Customer representatives and key stakeholders.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with senior level customers, including internal Executive teams across multiple clients.
- Undertake a post implementation review to evaluate the outcomes of the project against agreed plans to identify improvement opportunities that benefit both the Customer and Benefex business.
What are we looking for?
- Proven project management experience: knowledge of at least one PM methodology (PME, PMP, Prince 2)
- Experience in delivering multiple customer projects simultaneously
- Experience with system integration projects (ideally HR or Payroll integrations)
- Evidence of proactively driving improvements, whether internally or externally
- A completer-finisher, someone who really takes ownership and accountability of their work.
- Someone who frequently challenges the ‘status quo’ as well as removing external and internal barriers by identifying effective solutions.
- Knowledge of project management reporting tools, such as projectmanager.com or MS Project
