JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a programme/project manager in Singapore who is experienced in managing long term partnerships and successful client projects. You will be driving the development and deployment of learning programs and solutions for the client and be responsible for logistical implementation, organization and delivery of regional training programmes. You’ll also manage the client relationship at a regional level so we’re looking for a strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
You will engage with various levels of stakeholders the learning environment and the wider business to develop a comprehensive project/programme delivery plan where you will also have opportunities for problem solving and innovation components (e.g. working with internal and external stakeholders to define complex problems and find innovative, value adding solutions)
You will be primarily working with world class leadership and professional development content and cutting-edge experience design practices while partnering with interesting and diverse clients, including a leading luxury performance automotive brand but not limited to.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Manage and foster lasting partnerships with key clients by meeting/acceding expectations.
- Coordinate with the learning administration team to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of all programme scheduling, set-up, registrations and course management aspects.
- Manage and deliver programmes / courses and achieve goals for annual course completions.
- Communicate all necessary objectives, strategies and updates with internal and all client stakeholders.
- Manage budgets to meet budget accountability and delivery plan targets.
- Manage programme reviews, gather and analyse information via reports and other key performance measures to provide business decision support for suggested developments and implementation., including customer satisfaction / quality management
- Work with stakeholders to ensure that appropriate quality assurance processes are in place, and that the delivered learning achieves the expected business objectives
- Build and maintain a suitable trainer or vendor pool for all programmes.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients based around trust and a shared goal of creating mutual value and solutions.
- Work collaboratively with all teams and contribute to project and account growth through delivery of exceptional service and identification of new learning and development opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 3 years of proven programme/project management experience in a complex business environment
- Experience working in the fields of leadership development and/or blended learning experience design and technology could be advantageous
- Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to present and defend point of view constructively and persuasively.
- Time and people management skills
- Independent; self-driven; well organized; inspires confidence in self, the process, and the company.
- Works well under pressure. Demonstrates sound judgment, common sense, and insight.
- Ability to manage team members from various parts of the region
- ACLP would be an added advantage
