Description:

The Project Manager plans, executes, controls and monitors the projects on behalf of the CMO. To do this, the Project Manager must coordinate and integrate activities across multiple functional lines. The Project Manager reports directly to the CMO. In addition, the Project Manager will also be responsible for executive assistant duties, such as managing schedules, organizing meetings, preparing presentation and exchange with key players in the department.

Requirements :

  • Education : graduate degree, with a minimum of two languages, English included,
  • Willing to relocate to Luxembourg for the next three years,
  • Experience : 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field and desire to grow in commercial role,
  • Competencies : Strong written and verbal communication skills, coordination and implementation skills, ability to analyze global/local environment, ability to create and innovate, ability to formulate strategies and concepts, entrepreneurial and commercial thinking, sales and negotiation skills,
  • Personal Skills : Problem-solving, attention to detail, curiosity, ability to work with people from different cultures, ability to decide and initiate action, ability to present and communicate information, ability to plan and organize, ability to deliver results and meet customer expectations

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects,
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget,
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involve all relevant stakeholders,
  • Drive a large portfolio of projects helping our commercial teams to transform and engage in the modernization of its processes,
  • Lead projects designing and implementing commercial leading solutions,
  • Manage the ongoing requirements from business stakeholders,
  • Manage schedules, organize meetings, and communication with key players,Provide administrative support to executives, including organization of meeting, preparation of presentations and coordination of events.
