Our tuning projects involve changing both the interior and exterior parts of high-end vehicles, including reupholstery, body kit installation, custom paint jobs, and advanced modifications tailored to client specifications. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager with a strong background in vehicle manufacturing to oversee these tuning projects in Canada, ensuring seamless collaboration across internal and outsourced teams for on-time project delivery.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a vehicle manufacturing company with expertise in managing manufacturing workflows and processes.
- Familiarity with exotic car customizations and tuning projects is a significant advantage.
- Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams, including outsourced teams.
- Excellent communication skills in professional English (both written and verbal).
- Technical Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of automotive manufacturing and customization processes.
- Familiarity with vehicle design workflows, materials, and technologies, including reupholstery and body kit installation.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, or equivalent).
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, automotive design, engineering, or a related field.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability to handle dynamic project requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and ensure alignment toward a common goal.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership:
- Lead car tuning projects from concept to final delivery, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Team Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with both internal teams (design, production, and customization) and outsourced teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Act as the central point of communication between internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
- Timeline Management:
- Monitor project progress across internal and outsourced teams to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Identify potential delays, address bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Budget Oversight:
- Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation without compromising quality.
- Provide regular financial updates and forecasts.
- Quality Assurance:
- Maintain the highest standards of quality in design, manufacturing, and customization processes.
- Conduct reviews at key milestones to validate alignment with client expectations and company standards.
- Client Communication:
- Provide regular updates to clients, ensuring their requirements and feedback are incorporated throughout the process.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support future collaborations.
