YOUR SKILLS AND PROFILE

• Completed university studies in the field of (industrial) engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent
• Several years of professional experience in project management and/or quality management, ideally in a technical environment (aerospace, automotive, or similar)
• Experience in setting up project management processes in small companies is a plus
• Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
• Fluent English skills, both in speaking and writing
• High level of organizational and analytical skills

The following tasks will be mainly part of your role:

• Set up and maintain high level project plan incl. milestones and resource planning
• Develop scope of work, resource estimates, progress metrics, and communication cadence for overall project management to meet mission critical objectives
• Ensure transparency, continuous information flow, and coordination between teams, and support with planning and prioritization
• Create and maintain the projects/work package structure in PM tools
• Identify procedural improvement opportunities, such as error avoidance strategies, potential for increasing efficiency, and other
• Prepare and document technical results and create reports and presentation
