Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our Global Aftermarket team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects related to technical support, service, and aftermarket solutions for our global customer base. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and enhance their overall experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Services & Go-to-Market approach and Service setup in new markets
  • Comprehensive partnership with Engineering, Sales and Country, Finance and Operations
  • to understand customer requirements and feedback, and incorporate them into project planning and execution.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the aftermarket project management framework.
  • Identify and engage stakeholders from various departments and regions to ensure alignment and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts on project timelines and outcomes.
  • Facilitate regular communication among project team members, stakeholders, and leadership to provide updates on project status, milestones, and issues.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and post-project evaluations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical or engineering environment, with a focus on aftermarket services or support.
  • Strong understanding of aftermarket operations, including service delivery, spare parts management, and customer support processes.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders across different geographic locations.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a dynamic global environment.
