AHK Worldwide Interiors is actively recruiting for the roles of Project Manager specifically seeking individuals with a strong background in fit-out in construction only and Residential / Hospitality background.
Candidates MUST have a minimum of 10 years’ of experience working on a large scale project UAE/ GCC
Requirements:
Scope of work: You are responsible for ensure timely and smooth preparation of all the Projects related matters including but not limited to:
· Planning, controlling, monitoring and managing assigned project resources to best meet project objectives and adhering to project scope, time, cost and quality constraints
· Accountable for overseeing the site activities of interior projects allocated, thereby evaluating
and monitoring project schedule to enforce adherence to envisaged time frames
· Steering site team and other construction related personnel in planning, coordinating and safely implementing the work in compliance with the contract documents, schedule and budget along with planning and implementing site safety measures to ensure all HSE and quality control standards are adhered to.
· Instrumental in expediting all shop drawings and approvals to sustain quality standards and eliminate problems, thereby suggesting improvements and escalating unresolved issues for timely solutions.
· Monitoring progress against established schedules, checking for variations, along with drafting minutes of the meeting to evaluate site progress and ensure on-site project execution is in accordance with plans, special provisions, standards and estimates.
· Interacting with site team and subcontractors to update them of any errors, discrepancies or omissions enclosed within the design drawings in an efficient and effective manner.
· Monitoring, tracking and reporting project status/ progress to the senior management

· Recommending processes to improve quality and efficiency of projects.· Reviews and approves all construction documents including all RFI’s, shop drawings, purchase orders and change orders·

• Oversees all QA/QC reports for approval
