WHAT WE DO
Allianz Partners Health’s (AP Health) focus is on addressing the health and wellbeing protection needs of clients worldwide, through the delivery of straightforward, innovative solutions that make each client feel understood, confident and valued.
In this varied role, you will support the Regional Head of Operations in delivery of strategic initiatives, managing projects and building frameworks to support new Health Insurance and TPA (Third Party Administrator) business, and evolving our AP Health strategy. The position requires close collaboration across AP Health teams, and with external entities and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Regional Head of Operations in strategic initiatives, including optimising the integration of Health teams into a Global Operating Model
- Assess, scope and prepare business cases for key projects and opportunities
- Implement a governance framework for business reviews and engagement
- Lead or assist in the project management of global and regional initiatives
- Analyse and monitor the performance and effectiveness of new and existing services provided by AP Health
- Prepare reviews for key stakeholders and clients on initiatives and operational performance
