Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
We have an open position for a Project Manager to support our Business Transformation Group based in our London office. In this role you will be responsible from initiation, design, development, planning, co-ordinating the end to end process through to delivery of multiple projects to meet business objectives. Working with senior management, and supporting Underwriting, Operations, Finance, Actuarial, Information Technology etc.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to multi-task, managing several inflight project rollouts.
- Managing multiple levels of management stakeholders across different lines of business/support areas functions requiring flexibility and able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Manage the full end to end project lifecycle, RAID logs, produced plans, schedules, dependencies, defect resolution, change management, produced associated presentations and meeting minutes, track the progress of projects and report their results.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and project workstreams as well as third parties to understand and clarify business needs and ensure these are translated into optimum solutions.
- Ensure that all Business and IT operational areas are ready to accept the change.
- Support stakeholders in the embedding, handover and closure of projects into business as usual.
- Collaborating with team, business and technical parties to meet business objectives.
