The PMO Manager in the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Department will oversee the project management framework, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating and managing project activities, providing guidance and support to project teams, and ensuring alignment with the department’s strategic goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in project management within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement PMO Standards: Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and best practices tailored to the needs of the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Department.
- Project Oversight: Monitor and control project performance, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively across projects, ensuring optimal utilization and balancing workloads.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Training and Support: Provide training, mentoring, and support project managers and team members on project management processes and tools.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
