DESCRIPTION OF DIVISION AND BUSINESS UNIT

Data, Infrastructure & Services is the tower in which Workplace Technology is a part of, delivering technology solutions, for Network, Cloud, Microsoft products, AV/VC, Service Management, business applications, and many other areas. Workplace Technology within DIS is a dynamic business unit focused on delivering and maintaining technology solutions that support the workplace environment. This is a fast-paced team with a strong delivery focus. Team members need to work flexibly and be comfortable with high pressure environments. Areas include Microsoft products, including Office, Win11, MMD, Copilot and many others, Workplace Tech are also responsible for addressing vulnerabilities in end points, application packaging, SharePoint, and others.

  • Adept at creating detailed project plans, budgets, and reports to track project progress and outcomes.
  • Experience in Financial Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage all aspects of IT delivery for change, including IT planning, design, release planning, testing, deployment, and transition validation testing (TVT).
  • Ensure project compliance with mandatory project deliverables and project standards.
  • Conduct operational readiness reviews to ensure all projects complete operational readiness processes and meet requirements prior to being approved for release to production.
  • Manage project governance activities to ensure compliance with enterprise release governance and delivery standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Shared Technology Services and Security, Risk & Compliance, to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and risk management frameworks.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of customer obsession, inclusion, agility, and learning.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, budgets, and status reports.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including providing updates to the Platform Owner and other senior management.
  • Proven experience as a project manager in IT, with a focus on Workplace Technology projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with risk management and compliance in an IT context.
  • Familiarity with IT general controls, security architecture, and cyber strategy.
