OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead the implementation and management of our paymaster system for resident payments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial systems, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage projects from inception to completion.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager, preferably in financial or payment systems.
• Strong understanding of paymaster systems and payment processing.
• Proven experience in leading system implementations and managing cross-functional projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience working in a residential or real estate environment.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to payments and financial transactions.
• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or business analysis (CBAP) is desirable.

  Contract length: 12 months
  Pay: $60.00-$70.00 per hour

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and document detailed requirements for the paymaster system.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in current processes.
• Project Management:
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for the implementation of the paymaster system.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• System Implementation and Testing:
• Lead the selection and implementation of a suitable paymaster system.
• Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of the system with existing platforms.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the system meets business requirements and functions as expected.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather feedback and provide project updates.
• Training and Support:
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the paymaster system.
• Process Improvement:
• Continuously evaluate and improve payment processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in paymaster systems.
