PROJECT MANAGER ASSISTANT (PMA)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Assistant (PMA) with a proven track record in the disaster restoration industry. In this role, you will work closely with our Project Managers to oversee the detailed execution of various projects, ensuring operational efficiency and exceptional results. As a key player in our team, your contributions will be critical to maintaining smooth operations and meeting organizational expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Industry Expertise: 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager Assistant or in a related role within the restoration industry.
  • Accounts Receivable & Invoicing Experience: A strong background with 3+ years in invoicing, accounts receivable, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with restoration software or a proven ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Adaptability & Initiative: Highly self-directed, flexible, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
