Description:

In this role you’ll be a vital part of our Project Management team in Perth who are bringing ideas to life by imagining and co-creating with our clients to create a better future for people and the planet.

Your role will include:

  • Leading multidisciplinary design teams to deliver an exciting portfolio of Energy & Industrial projects.
  • Develop the project execution plan and lead its implementation.
  • Driving and supporting a culture of safety and quality within the team.
  • Responsible for financial project tracking, including invoicing and change management.
  • Ensure project risks are identified and managed.
  • Mentoring and facilitating the development of junior team members.
  • Assisting to drive business development, winning work, identifying the next opportunities and supporting the winning of these opportunities, including bid preparation and submittals.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • A track record of managing budget and scheduling.
  • A proven track record of identifying and managing risk across aspects including commercial, HSE and delivery.
  • You understand key technical requirements and identify deliverables and outcomes required to fulfil the client’s scope.
  • You manage internal and client stakeholders.
  • Sound business and commercial acumen. Understand goals and metrics that drive business, financial and project performance and manages scope and time of self and others to optimise team performance and efficiency.
  • A desire to continually grow your own career and development by staying abreast of industry best practice, software, technologies and by adopting digital delivery, and innovation. A desire to share knowledge, contribute, grow and develop the capability and experience of the team.
  • Able and willing to travel to project job sites and client offices as needed.
  • A knowledge of the WA Energy and/or Resources sector would be beneficial.
