Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager Intermediate, you’ll be at the helm of exciting and impactful projects, managing every stage from conception to completion. This role is your opportunity to:
- Lead multidisciplinary teams of talented professionals.
- Collaborate closely with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources to achieve key financial and operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards—our top priorities.
- Deliver regular updates and progress reports to key stakeholders.
- 8+ years of experience in project management, particularly in engineering or consulting within the mining sector.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (specialization in Mechanical, Hydraulic, Geotechnical, or Civil disciplines).
- Strong working knowledge of project management tools like MS Project or Primavera (PMP certification is a plus!).
- Bilingual communication skills (Intermediate English proficiency).
Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
