Job Title: Project Manager

Salary: £53,000 – £55,000

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

Essential:

• Using project management techniques, to enable early identification of problems and implementation of mitigation actions
• Proven experience of developing and maintaining excellent customer relations
• Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan that embraces all elements of the project
• Managing the project or bid to ensure all milestones and objectives are achieved
• Demonstrated ability to make decisions with clarity in an environment of ambiguity & uncertainty

Desirable:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent – business or engineering
• Experience of Earned Value Management methodologies
• Aerospace and defence business expeirence
• Broad cross functional business experience

• Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan that embraces all elements of the project
• Implementing and utilising Earned Value Management methodologies when appropriate
• Driving ownership of Work Packages and tasks throughout the project team
• Managing the project or bid to ensure all milestones and objectives are achieved
• Using project management techniques, to enable early identification of problems and implementation of mitigation actions
• Achieving the agreed project cost, sales, margin and cash flow targets
• Managing a small multi-functional team
