Responsibilities:
Project manager support is needed to ensure that we deliver our key regulatory requirements in an efficient, controlled and well governed manner, by applying project management framework and disciplines. Deliverables that will be supported include ICAAP, ILAAP and Risk Appetite. This role provides an ambitious individual with the opportunity for exposure to senior management and engagement across different business areas.
You will work closely with subject matter experts to ensure that the advancement of Balance Sheet Control activity is appropriately planned, governed and embedded. This will involve but is not limited to:
- Enable successful delivery of required business outcomes
- Reviewing and improving processes and ensuring that the control framework is robust
- Building, monitoring and ensuring delivery against a project plan, including consideration of resource availability and BAU implications
- Working with stakeholders to prioritise and agree workload
- Identifying the appropriate governance of deliverables and implementing the governance plan
- Ensuring that stakeholders are kept up to date on progress, and holding key parties accountable to the plan
- Providing and sharing appropriate documentation; risk/issues logs etc.
- Supporting transition of ‘tasks’ from development through to delivery and implementation
