Join our Regional Civils team as a Project Manager on our South Wokingham Distributor Road Project (SWDR) and you’ll deliver complex work that really matters to our business, and the world around you.
As a Project Manager you will be leading the site team ensuring project delivery timescales are met and to a high standard.
What you’ll be doing

As a Project Manager you will:

• Able to demonstrate a track record of project delivery within the Civil Engineering sector
• Good understanding of NEC forms of contracts
• Proficient in commercial/project management communications
• Experience in implementing safe systems of work
• Able to communicate effectively both verbal and written with all levels ofthe organisation
• Effective team management skills which empower, influence & inspireothers to build effective teams. Providing mentoring and support tomembers of the team where required
• Commercially astute
• Able to undertake work in high pressure situation
• Good knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metric
• Record of a solution-based approach to problem solving
• Ability to see the business vision and inspire this shared vision amongstthe team.
