Join our Regional Civils team as a Project Manager on our South Wokingham Distributor Road Project (SWDR) and you’ll deliver complex work that really matters to our business, and the world around you.
As a Project Manager you will be leading the site team ensuring project delivery timescales are met and to a high standard.
What you’ll be doing
As a Project Manager you will:
- Able to demonstrate a track record of project delivery within the Civil Engineering sector
- Good understanding of NEC forms of contracts
- Proficient in commercial/project management communications
- Experience in implementing safe systems of work
- Able to communicate effectively both verbal and written with all levels ofthe organisation
- Effective team management skills which empower, influence & inspireothers to build effective teams. Providing mentoring and support tomembers of the team where required
- Commercially astute
- Able to undertake work in high pressure situation
- Good knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metric
- Record of a solution-based approach to problem solving
- Ability to see the business vision and inspire this shared vision amongstthe team.
