QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Project Management Professional Certification or equivalent
  • Strong project management experience, including communication and time management skills
  • Experience planning and facilitating remote meetings involving a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Experience working with arts, healthcare, and/or infrastructure projects

Responsibilities:

  • Organize, lead, and participate in an in-person kick-off meeting with the Government staff to review and clarify project objectives, expectations from the Government, and address any questions.
  • Provide Support for quarterly IWG-AHCI Meetings, including working with contract staff and government personnel to prepare and submit a draft agenda for each quarterly meeting.
  • Utilize professional communication skills, both written and oral, to communicate with program officials, and agency representatives, regarding project status, deliverables, workflows, and other topics relevant to successful completion of engagements.
  • Provide project management, team management, long-range planning, and strategic planning and management.
  • Review and evaluate policies in assigned program areas; develop solutions or alternative practices; recommend program objectives and improvements to management through presentations or written reports.
  • Apply a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of complex short and long-range goals of the organization, developing detailed plans for implementing them, and overseeing implementation of the goals in subordinate organizations.
  • Lead project meetings, report progress as well as major challenges and issues.
  • Provide Status Reporting on accomplishments; reporting must include summary of projects being supported.
  • Communicate and coordinate with COR, PM, and other stakeholders to report and respond to work challenges in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist (IWG-AHCI) with the production of monthly reports.
  • Provide a Summary of Accomplishment Report at contract option renewals and closeout.
