Responsibilities:

KEY DUTIES

  • Work closely with product and business stakeholders to understand the business strategy, roadmap, and priorities, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and objectives, while remaining accountable for delivering on expectations.
  • Define the project scope and objectives, setting clear goals that align with business priorities and ensure efficient use of resources for maximum commercial value.
  • Coordinate and lead planning sessions for key business projects, facilitating collaboration and adapting to evolving needs, while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for all stakeholders.
  • Run multiple projects, keeping stakeholders aligned through regular updates and ensuring wider programme plans and highlight reports are communicated clearly and in a timely manner.
  • Manage project plans, resources, and budgets with a focus on delivering value within constraints, ensuring financial responsibility and maintaining a sharp focus on business outcomes.
  • Manage risks, actions, and issues, recording key decisions with a transparent approach, ensuring that risks are mitigated, and stakeholders are informed and supported throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Establish quality, time, and cost metrics, regularly reporting progress to ensure that projects are meeting defined standards, and continuously seeking ways to improve performance.
