This role is an in office position for candidates within a commutable distance of our Irvine location. This role is an Exempt Salary starting at $120,000 - $140,000/year. This role is open to candidates who do not require visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Sales and IT) to identify and scope key requirements, milestones, and dependencies for project success
- Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain process documentation
- Monitor and report on project progress and initiatives, addressing any issues or roadblocks promptly
- Oversee the implementation of new systems, processes and solutions within the organization
- Onboarding of new technology and rolling out systems to employees at every level of the organization
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new initiatives
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor project risks and implement contingency plans as needed
- Ensuring reported issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Identify improvement initiatives to achieve predetermined business objectives
- Conduct post implementation reviews or retrospectives to evaluate project outcomes and identify lessons learned
- Continuously improve project management practices based on feedback and performance
- Create project runbooks to track and manage timeline and deliverables
