This role is an in office position for candidates within a commutable distance of our Irvine location. This role is an Exempt Salary starting at $120,000 - $140,000/year. This role is open to candidates who do not require visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Sales and IT) to identify and scope key requirements, milestones, and dependencies for project success
  • Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain process documentation
  • Monitor and report on project progress and initiatives, addressing any issues or roadblocks promptly
  • Oversee the implementation of new systems, processes and solutions within the organization
  • Onboarding of new technology and rolling out systems to employees at every level of the organization
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new initiatives
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Monitor project risks and implement contingency plans as needed
  • Ensuring reported issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Identify improvement initiatives to achieve predetermined business objectives
  • Conduct post implementation reviews or retrospectives to evaluate project outcomes and identify lessons learned
  • Continuously improve project management practices based on feedback and performance
  • Create project runbooks to track and manage timeline and deliverables
