The role
This is an exciting position to join our team as an experienced Project Manager, as we grow the development team and company in London and globally! With a few years of project management, all team members have lots of opportunity to increase their responsibility along with the opportunity to learn new technologies and patterns with a focus on delivering clean, well-written, enterprise-scale applications.

Responsibilities

• Receiving customers’ initial demands for the product and analyzing, documenting and submitting them for customers’ final approval
• Analyzing project and revision requests to determine the requirements as well as preparing analysis documents in accordance with the highest business analysis standards
• Understanding the requirements properly, integrating them with the product and turning them into analysis documents to transfer to the development team
• Conducting functional design and visual screen designs
• Calculating potential risks that can emerge in the existing setup in relation to customers’ demands and taking necessary measures against them
• Offering the best solution to address customer requests and manage their expectations
• Conducting technical communication with customers/business partners at integration points, creating the right setup
• Making project plans and preparing periodic project status reports
• Following the new design trends and planning the user experience of the products

The Person

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Management, Mathematic, Statistic or any other relevant field.
• Min 5 years of work experience as a project manager
• Specializes in Data Reporting and Analytics projects, with robust Excel skills
• Substantial Python experience for customization and automation.
• Experience in Data Reporting and Analytics dashboard projects
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum software development processes
• Ability to create screen designs and flow diagrams using the applications such as Mockup, Balzamiq, Visio
• Strong skills of communication, data analysis, reporting and presentation
• Being meticulous about documentation and planned work
• Being dynamic, result-oriented and systematic

BONUS EXPERIENCE:

• Good knowledge of database is preferable
• Good knowledge of web applications is a plus
• Experience with product development teams is preferable
• Sound knowledge of application tests and testing processes,
• Attention to detail and good analytical skills
