ABOUT YOU – THE SUPERSTAR WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone with:
- A degree in a relevant field.
- Membership with a professional body like RICS, CIOB, or APM.
- Experience in the buildings sector (healthcare, residential, mixed-use, leisure). Public sector experience is also a big plus if you’re keen to learn.
- Contract admin know-how for JCT and NEC contracts.

Responsibilities:
Here’s a snapshot of your day-to-day:
- Leading new-build and refurb projects from start to finish.
- Running feasibility studies, including options and budgets.
- Making sure everything’s compliant with legislation and regulations.
- Working with stakeholders to shape design briefs.
- Teaming up with external consultants and design teams to bring projects to life.
- Creating project execution plans and critical path programs.
- Handling procurement of consultants and services.
- Setting up solid project governance and systems.
- Coordinating meetings and keeping everything on track.
- Managing changes and ensuring smooth information flow.
- Preparing detailed project progress reports.
- Helping with business cases for capital investment.
