ABOUT YOU – THE SUPERSTAR WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A degree in a relevant field.
  • Membership with a professional body like RICS, CIOB, or APM.
  • Experience in the buildings sector (healthcare, residential, mixed-use, leisure). Public sector experience is also a big plus if you’re keen to learn.
  • Contract admin know-how for JCT and NEC contracts.

Responsibilities:

Here’s a snapshot of your day-to-day:

  • Leading new-build and refurb projects from start to finish.
  • Running feasibility studies, including options and budgets.
  • Making sure everything’s compliant with legislation and regulations.
  • Working with stakeholders to shape design briefs.
  • Teaming up with external consultants and design teams to bring projects to life.
  • Creating project execution plans and critical path programs.
  • Handling procurement of consultants and services.
  • Setting up solid project governance and systems.
  • Coordinating meetings and keeping everything on track.
  • Managing changes and ensuring smooth information flow.
  • Preparing detailed project progress reports.
  • Helping with business cases for capital investment.
